VANHN makes four scaffolding coupler types: right-angle, swivel, putlog, and sleeve. Each one handles a specific connection in tube-and-coupler scaffolds.
Coupler Types We Make
VANHN produces four scaffolding coupler types. Right-angle, swivel, putlog, and sleeve. Right-angle couplers fix two tubes at 90 degrees. Swivel couplers let you set any angle. Putlog couplers connect a putlog tube to a ledger. And sleeve couplers join two tubes end to end. Some buyers call couplers scaffolding clamps, and the scaffolding clamps types they search for are the same coupler types listed here.
All couplers are made for standard scaffold tube diameters. Hot-dip galvanized is the standard surface finish, but you can ask for painted instead. We manufacture them in our Renqiu, Hebei plant. That's where it all happens.
Where Each Coupler Is Used
- Right-angle coupler
- Connects ledgers to standards at 90 degrees. It's the main load-bearing connection in tube-and-coupler scaffolds.
- Swivel coupler scaffolding
- Connects tubes at any angle. You'll use it for bracing, ties, and non-standard geometry.
- Putlog coupler
- Connects a putlog tube to a ledger. It's used on scaffolds built into masonry walls.
- Sleeve coupler
- Joins two scaffold tubes end to end. Extends tube length without reducing strength.
