Ringlock Scaffolding Parts
VANHN manufactures the full set of ringlock scaffolding parts in house, from rosettes and wedge pins to complete standards and ledgers.
Ringlock Scaffolding Components
- Standard
- Vertical tube with rosettes welded every 500 mm. Available in 0.5 to 3.0 m lengths.
- Ledger
- Horizontal tube with ledger ends at both ends. Standard lengths from 0.3 to 3.0 m.
- Diagonal brace
- Stabilizes the bay. Sized to match bay width and lift height.
- Rosette
- 8-hole disc welded to the standard every 500 mm. Connects ledgers and braces with wedge pins. Some buyers call this the ringlock rosette.
- Ledger end
- Forged head welded to ledger ends. Slots over the rosette and locks with a wedge pin.
- Brace end
- Forged head for diagonal braces. Fits the rosette and accepts a wedge pin.
- Wedge pin
- Driven by hammer to lock ledger or brace ends to the rosette. No bolts required.
- Spigot
- Connects standards vertically. Inserted into the top of the lower standard.
- Base collar
- Welded to the bottom of the standard. Keeps the spigot centered and protects the tube end.
